Collaborating with an associate, who's an amazing designer, C Brewer & Associates was contracted to field measure and draw the existing conditions of a mid century house both interior and exterior. These drawings provided the designer "background" drawings so she could provide design alternatives for potential floor plan changes, furniture layouts, and interior and exterior finish / material changes.
"C Brewer & Associates set up an appointment, around our schedule and quickly provided our interior designer the drawings she needed. "
While working in our industry we work with a variety of design professionals, trades people and contractors. A general contractor who has built out a number of commercial projects was looking for a referral to do renovation drawings for his house in Birmingham. After meeting with both him and his wife C Brewer & Associates was contracted to do design drawings and then construction drawings for plan review and permits. This project scope was to renovate the existing house as well as add an addition to all three floors, basement, first floor and upper floor. As the project progressed, the scope increased to rework the outdoor spaces, patios, pergola, and gardens. The clients also decided to update the garage and add a second floor. The client, being a contractor, did the majority of work himself. While working on this project in Birmingham, we began working with the clients designing their "dream house" in Sedona, AZ
"I worked with Chuck on commercial projects. My wife and I were happy to learn he was able to help us with our own house drawings the city required for permits."
Edo Ramen sought to create a modern, welcoming dining space that embodied the warmth of traditional Japanese design while adhering to a strict budget. C. Brewer & Associates collaborated closely with the restaurant’s team and an innovative designer to deliver a cost-effective yet impactful solution.
"We had a very tight budget. Our designer working with C Brewer & Associates used simple and cost effective materials to make our space feel comfortable, inviting and with just the right amount of POP."
